Fichía fig vinegar is a unique original product that combines the sweetness of freshly picked figs with the pleasant acidity of white wine vinegar, produced in Sardinia from native grapes. It is produced using exclusively the Black Fig from Chia, a variety that grows with its unique characteristics only in a small geographical area in the South-West of Sardinia and is recognized as National Agrobiodiversity. Excellent to accompany a mixed salad of vegetables and mixed greens, it also goes very well with fried seafood.
