Arbutus Honey - 3 jars

Apinath's arbutus honey is a delicacy for lovers of pungent and definitely bitter aromas. It is realized at "Is benas", an area on the slopes of Monte Arci characterized by the thick presence of Mediterranean scrub. The production is geographically limited to Sardinia, where the flowering of arbutus during the cold autumn may often prevent the work of bees. This type of honey is therefore extremely precious and contains, in the finest crystals that make it creamy, a November sky.
