This product is the result of salting and drying grey mullet eggs (Mugil cephalus), the processing phases are aimed at obtaining golden whiskers with an intense sea flavor. It is recommended as an appetizer, as is or with fresh artichokes and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
