Caldòsa is the firstborn of Tenute Filigheddu, the most representative wine named after the locality in the countryside of Arzachena where the first vineyard was cultivated. It is a Vermentino di Gallura DOCG superiore produced from grapes harvested from the “oldest” vineyards and belonging exclusively to three selected clones of Corsican origin. Caldòsa is a dry wine with great aromatic complexity in which structure and freshness are harmoniously integrated with citrus notes of ripe fruit and a pleasant salty sensation. Intense straw yellow in colour with citrine reflections, it is complex and intense, with notes of citrus, ripe fruit and brackish and mineral sensations. It is balanced and structured on the palate, with lively acidity and a lingering mineral sensation that melds with citrus and floral notes, giving a long, rich finish.
