Casizolu is a cheese traditionally made by women. The freshly milked milk is processed and the curd is mixed in boiling water to shape the classic pear shape. The casizolu S'Incantu pasta has a color ranging from straw yellow to yellow and is compact. The taste is strong, and the crust is thin. S'Incantu seasoned casizolu is vacuum-packed to safeguard all the freshness of the product.
