Domo – Mandrolisai DOC Rosso

Domo della Famiglia Demelas is a Mandrolisai DOC Rosso. “Domo” means “home”: the symbol of the family. The label depicts a loom, and the geometric pattern of a Sardinian carpet. The tribute is to the woman, guardian and interpreter of the textile tradition (still strongly rooted in Sardinia), as well as the center of the family, and therefore of the home. Domo smells of blackberry, blackcurrant, black tea and has subtle smoky notes. The tannins are delicate, on the palate it is the triumph of a Mandrolisai with a contemporary drinkability, all to be shared. Domo 2020 was awarded at the 5 Star Wines competition of Vinitaly 2023 as the best red wine of Sardinia, and among the top 6 best Italian reds, with 95 points.
