Il Bosana monocultivar oil is a product by Accademia Olearia obtained from the most common cultivar of northern Sardinia. The bosana is in fact a variety of olive from which spreads an intense, fruity extra virgin oil which gives birth to herbaceous and vegetal scents, among which the thistle and the artichoke stand out. The Bosana olives are harvested when green and the cold working happens together with the harvest.
