Fresina Fresh Cheese

Fresina by Caseus artisan dairy company is a fresh cheese with a slightly squashed rectangular shape, a thin crust and a soft paste with an intense and slightly acid taste and a buttery aroma. It is made with milk from Marghine farms. Traditionally the greatest production occurs during the autumn, when late lactation milk is used.
