The Gentile - Moscato Passito Grappa of Cagliari by Neroambra is a grappa obtained from the distillation in discontinuous stills with indirect steam in a bain-marie of marc from selected Cagliari's Moscato grapes, then processed in infusion with raisins. Gentile grappa is a distillate with a penetrating and enveloping taste, to be tasted in company to better savor its intense notes.
