Antiche Distillerie Poscia's OriGINal Gin is crafted following the original recipe for a gin made from a hydroalcoholic infusion of Sardinian juniper berries and wood. Poscia Gin (ORIGINÀLI 1922) is an infusion with lingering flavors and aromas. The gin's preparation begins with the careful and meticulous harvesting and selection of 100% Sardinian juniper berries and wood, a typical plant of the Mediterranean scrub. Straw-yellow in color, it has a bold aroma of Mediterranean scrub and juniper, and a pleasantly aromatic, bold, and persistent flavor. Ideal enjoyed neat on the rocks or with a quality tonic, it pairs beautifully with cured meats, cheeses, and potato or vegetable chips. Serving temperature: 8-16° C.
