Giuàle - Mandrolisai DOC Red

Giuàle by the Demelas Family is a Mandrolisai DOC Rosso. In the Sardinian language, “Giuàle” has two meanings: “to spin”, referring to the vines, and “yoke”, a wooden tool used to keep the oxen close together while working the land. For us, it symbolizes the bond we have with our land, and the inseparable bonds of affection that bind us at the Demelas Family. Black cherry, blueberries, myrtle, coffee, cinnamon tell of a wine that comes from an older vineyard, aged in oak barrels, which make the tannins even thicker. Mandrolisai in an evening dress, complex and elegant. Production is limited to just 1500 bottles.
