Mostaccioli 400 g

The mostaccioli, typical confectionary products of Southern Italy, find their tradition in Sardinia too, and their main distribution around the area of Oristano. Once made by expert hands, they are left to rise for a long time, until they are welcomed by the oven, that softly burnish their outer side and gives them the color of gold. The mostaccioli of Kiroza – Prodotti Genuini Sardi are lozenges of richness. The fresh dough is indeed sweetened and enriched with almonds and raisins, which emerge as jewels on the hands of a noble woman.
