Myrtle Flavoured Lard

The myrtle flavoured lard by Larderia Palitta is an excellent pork shoulder lard, flavoured with myrtle, natural sea salt and other herbs and spices. The craftsmanship, the typical aromas of Ogliastra and the long aging in marble basins allow to obtain a delicious lard, finely perfumed and with a soft consistency. It is recommended to cut it into very thin slices and to taste it on a piece of good carasau bread with a slice of tomato and a basil leaf.
