Totally produced in Sardinia with raw materials from the Samatzai territory, a small agricultural centre in the province of Cagliari, the Cappelli wheat malloreddus are a highly digestible product with a genuine and characteristic flavour. Azienda Agricola Musio Roberto’s pasta won the Sardinia Food Awards 2017 for the namesake category and the Oscar Green for innovation.
