Spelt and Spiny Artichokes Malloreddus - 3 pcs

This malloreddus by Azienda Agricola Musio Roberto are made with whole spelt and spiny artichokes. Both spelt and artichokes are produced in the territory of Samatzai, a small agricultural centre in the province of Cagliari, and are therefore exclusively Sardinian raw materials. The malloreddus of spelt and artichokes are highly digestible, have a low gluten content, are rich in fiber and contain a greater protein intake than other common pastes. This pasta won the Sardinia Food Awards for the "Pasta" category in 2017, and the Green Oscar for innovation.
