Lemon marmalade with zest - 3 x 220 gr

Fichía offers its lemon marmalade with peel, prepared with Sardinian lemons, without preservatives or thickeners and with pulp and peel cut very finely. Fichía marmalade is prepared without the use of artificial colourings and flavourings. The freshly picked lemons are prepared by hand for slow cooking in a pot, as per the traditional recipe only with pulp, lemon peel and sugar. Excellent to enjoy for breakfast or as a snack on a slice of freshly baked bread or in combination with cheeses (goat or cow) or to prepare delicious tarts, biscuits and cold desserts, but also to enrich ice cream and yogurt, but especially to enjoy with a spoon. Deliciously scented, aromatic and fresh and with a full-bodied consistency: a balance of flavour between sweet, acidic and bitter.
