Minneddu is a red wine derived from a Cannonau clone originating from ungrafted vines. Minneddu is obtained through traditional means by hand. It is unfiltered and additive free, and is perfect to drink with cold cuts and cheese, white and read meat, risotto, and traditional Sardinian first courses. It may also be paired with grilled fish or highly seasoned octopus.
