Cantina di Mogoro’s Nabui DOC is a Superior Sardinian monica wine. It is produced using 85% of monica grape type, and 15% of bovale grapes . Its name comes from the Sardinian pronunciation of "Neapolis" , the ancient Carthaginian city, around which lay some vineyards of monica. And as Neapolis means "new city", so the Nabui is a new wine too, which, even though rises up from ancient lands and traditions, is then transformed into something different and surprising.
