The Incanto EVO oil of the SenSo Agricultural Company is an oil bottled in the 2020/21 harvesting campaign that comes from olives grown with a view of the Asinara Gulf. The name Incanto was chosen precisely to pay homage to the enchanting context in which the oil was born. It is a Monocultivar Bosana, which stands out for its herbaceous olfactory and gustatory notes, where artichoke and thistle stand out, with further hints of tomato and almond. It is a medium fruity oil, where the spicy and bitter are persistent but balanced.
