EVO Oil Gariga – Birde 50 cl

EVO Gariga – Birde oil is an oil extracted from Bosana cultivar olives, the most widespread in Sardinia. It contains the aromas and flavors of the island, from artichoke to almond, presenting itself as the distinctive brand in terms of origin of extra virgin olive oil. With notes of artichoke, cardoon and fresh almond, it is a full-bodied, bitter oil with a strong flavor. It pairs perfectly with meat-based first courses, roast meat, legume soups and mature cheeses.
