Mutziglia EVO Oil

The Agreste farm produces Mutziglia EVO oil, a single-variety extra virgin olive oil from Bosana. The "mutziglia" is the cloth bag that olive pickers tied around their waists during manual harvesting. The name pays homage to the labor required for manual harvesting in the past. The Bosana cultivar is predominant in the Sassari area, in northern Sardinia, and to a lesser extent in central and southern Sardinia.
