EVO Òzu oil 75 cl

Òzu is the extra virgin olive oil produced by the Pedralonga farm. Òzu is obtained from the Tonda di Cagliari cultivar, it is a medium fruity that on the palate is slightly spicy and pleasantly bitter, with herbaceous and wild thistle notes. The Òzu oil from the Pedralonga farm blends happily with Mediterranean cuisine, from fish to meat and vegetables.
