Giùgiò Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 2 cans x 5 l

Coccollone Giùgiò extra virgin olive oil has been produced by the Coccollone Marco farm since 2021. It is an intense fruity oil obtained from semidane, bosane and round olives from Cagliari selected by expert hands and cold pressed within 6 - 8 hours of harvesting. On the nose an atypical and intense olfactory body, a floral and red fruit opening in play with notes of exotic fruit and a herbaceous nuance. On the palate it opens harmoniously with aromatic herbs intertwined with hints of white flowers and a delicate finish of green pepper. It pairs well with salads, seafood appetizers, first and second courses; perfect on shrimp tartare, lobster linguine, fish crudités, Malaga ice cream. Three orcioli at the Orciolo d'oro 2021.
