Organic Shiitake Mushroom Flakes

S'Argidda farm produced the organic Shiitake mushroom, whose scientific name is Lentinula edodes. It is an Asian mushroom widespread especially in China and Japan. The "oak mushroom" (this is the meaning of its name) is considered the second most consumed in the world.It is believed to have stimulating properties of the body's immune defenses. Argidda cultivates the shiitake in a farm, and exudes it at less than 40 °C to preserve the quality. The mushroom is finally presented in flakes, ideal for seasoning risottos and pasta dishes.
