PERUCCI OVI-CAPRINO CHEESE - WHOLE FORM

"Perucci" ovi-caprino from Caseificio Murtas dairy is a cheese made from carefully selected and mixed sheep and goat milk. It presents itself with a classic cylindrical shape. The rind varies its colour from light brown to dark brown; the cheese hasa white and compact dough. The flavour of this ovi-caprino cheese is sweet and delicate and changes with aging, becoming gradually stronger and more aromatic. The name “Perucci” is inspired by a location in the Silius countryside.
