Barò pecorino by Zanda Formaggi is produced with raw milk in compliance with the most ancient Sardinian cheese tradition. It’s a cheese with pale, straw yellow, slightly glazed dough, with a very characteristic taste since the first months of seasoning. Barò (Baron) is the classic pecorino cheese that has been produced in Sardinia since the most remote times. Maturing for a minimum of 6 months, the taste becomes more marked from 12 months onwards. Barò pecorino recalls the strong character of Sardinia, full of strong aromas.
