Pastore Montagnino (Mountain Shepherd) pecorino by Fattoria Su Grabiolu is a cheese coming from the mountain pastoral tradition, and is the main food of Sardinian centenarians. Seasoned, good and tasty table cheese, it is excellent also when grated. Pastore Montagnino is a raw milk product from animals raised in natural pastures. The dough has a straw yellow colour with very little holes. The crust is natural, without preservatives or added additives. The minimum aging for Pecorino Pastore Montagnino is 60 days.
