Pistiddu, a traditional product by Pasticceria Brau, is a Sardinian biscuit which comes with a so called "violada" wrapping of semolina and lard, which houses inside it the golden richness of a soft filling made of honey, semolina, sugar, orange peel and saffron. The Pistiddu biscuits, according to the tradition of Oniferi, were realized exclusively to celebrate the feast of St. Anthony and St. Anne's. Today, thanks to their strongly delicate taste, they’re consumed all year round
