The Binuforti red wine of the homonymous winery is a Carignano del Sulcis DOC, which owes its name (literally "strong wine") to the strong and intoxicating taste that characterizes it, but also to "Su Forti de su Pisu", an imposing building that watches on the Island of Sant'Antioco. Ruby red in color, Binuforti has floral aromas and fruity flavors that go well with tasty fish and meat dishes.
