Soi red wine, a DOC Cannonau di Sardegna by Azienda Agricola Soi, is an elegant and very original Sarcidano cannonau. It fascinates for its great smoothness and aromatic complexity, expressed with floral and fruity sensations, an unusual flavour and a great balance. Ruby red in colour with garnet reflections. The scent is fine and complex, with sensations of ripe fruit balanced in a spicy elegance. With its strong and deep taste, Soi red wine combines beautifully with meat based starters, red meat main courses and aged cheeses.
