CarnaroliS white rice

CarnaroliS is a rice also produced in our rice fields. It is a japonica variety, with a rounded grain, particularly rich in starch that "absorbs" the seasoning like a sponge, therefore it is considered the best rice for risotto. Of this variety we produce the white type that is completely deprived of the external covering called husk. The rice is naturally gluten-free. Furthermore, our product is GMO-free. Our company has received several awards including: inclusion in the register of historic companies of the Chamber of Commerce; "Culture and quality" award from the Italian Confederation of Farmers; Witness of excellence and explorer of taste of GourmArte 2014; Ethical Entrepreneur by the Lions.
