Selet makes Cappelli fine semolina grinding durum wheat produced by Cappelli Wheat Sardinian Consortium. Neither the cultivation nor the conservation phase allow the use of chemical treatments on the raw material. Cappelli fine semolina flour is useful to create both savory and sweet dough, to make pasta, bread, focaccias, pizzas, as well as traditional Sardinian pastries.
