Cantina Mont'e Prama was born from a dream of its founder Ivan Arangino and from the passion for a territory, that of Sinis, in which the vines grow. The grapes grow immersed in a natural ecosystem, landscapes of seawater, winds of land and sea, the unmistakable scent of the Mediterranean scrub, give each grape, unique characteristics. A few steps away from the winery's vineyards, one can hear the echo of a thousand-year history, that of the well-known Giants, the extraordinary stone giants, between two and two and a half meters tall, dating back more than 3,000 years. In this setting, the first Vermentino di Sardegna DOC was born, Nephilim, a name that recalls the people of the Giants, mentioned in the Old Testament, who inhabited the land in distant times, shrouded in that mystery that unites with a thin line, even the history of those Giants of Sinis, spokesmen for an ancient culture that has come down to our days.
