The Craf da Banana Restaurant was born from the dream of Salvatore, known as “Banana,” a young man from Bonarcado with a passion for cooking and conviviality. After gaining experience in Italy and abroad, he returned to Sardinia and opened his restaurant in 1985, bringing the authentic flavors of Montiferru to the table. Today, the restaurant, run by his sons Alberto and Mattia, combines tradition and innovation, keeping alive the spirit and authenticity that made it famous.
