After extensive professional experience in the agro-industrial sector, and aware of the value and uniqueness of our land's primary products, I decided to fulfill my small dream of starting a sustainable farm. A place for contemplating nature and biodiversity, this is how “Fior di Mandorlo” was born, where, in addition to the cultivation of almonds and pistachios, the beauty of the many varieties of roses and the intoxicating scent of lavender, helichrysum, and rosemary, you can breathe in a clean, relaxing, conciliatory energy of general well-being. In this environment, where biodiversity reigns supreme, the project to make jams from fruit and medicinal plants was born, as well as to create a supply chain based on lavender.
