Pasticceria Latti Nurri

Pasticceria Latti was founded in Nurri, in southern Sardinia, following a long confectionery tradition started by grandmother Maria, who passionately prepared coffee biscuits, meringues, and amaretti according to the Nurri tradition. From the passion passed down to her son Bruno Latti, in 1985, the artisanal production of traditional local sweets came to life in the small workshop at the heart of the village. This was later expanded to include national pastries, artisanal ice cream, wedding cakes, chocolates, pralines, and sweets for special occasions. Since 1989, the first artisanal panettoni and colombe have been produced, which over the years have gained growing popularity, meeting the demands of customers looking for exclusive celebration desserts.
