The Sedepan artisan bakery is located in Siurgus Donigala, in the territory of Trexenta, known as the ancient granary of Rome. One of the jewels of the area is the durum wheat “ Senatore Cappelli ” which, thanks to its rusticity, provides an excellent quality of semolina. Thanks to Senatore Capelli semolina and long processing, Sedepan breads are capable of stimulating every sensory perception with their texture, fragrance and taste. Among the traditional specialties produced are “Su pistoccu,” made according to the ancient method of natural leavening with mother yeast (in the Sardinian language “ frammentu ”) and Savoiardi, traditional Sardinian coffee cookies that are characterized by their soft and light texture and inimitable flavor.
