The" Doc" of Tenuta La Sabbiosa is a Carignano del Sulcis from vineyards located in Calasetta on sandy soil. It is an extremely refined and balanced difficult vintage wine. Ruby red in color with violet reflections, the Doc has an intense and persistent aroma, with evident notes of ripe fruit and jam. The flavor is full and harmonious, with persistent fruity notes. The Doc of Tenuta La Sabbiosa is perfect in combination with first and second courses of meat, tuna, fish soups, cold cuts, cheeses, mushrooms.
