The "Don" of Tenuta La Sabbiosa is a wine as old as its island: it is Carignano Del Sulcis, a noble red wine from Sardinia. Warm and fruity like its land, full and harmonious like the sea, Don has a red color with violet reflections, an intense and persistent aroma with evident notes of red fruit and jam. The full, harmonious and warm flavor with persistent fruity notes makes it suitable for combinations with first and second courses of meat, cured meats, cheeses, mushrooms, tuna, fish soups and hearty seafood dishes.
