Granadu Cannonau is a DOC red wine produced by the care and work of Tenute Smeralda. The vinification takes place through a 10 to 15 days controlled temperature maceration, with subsequent malolactic fermentation in steel. Granadu wine presents the ruby color of passions and virtues of Sardinia. It has an intense, vivid aroma of ripe fruit and loyalty to tradition. The taste of this cannonau is warm and round, and it lives fully in the palate, especially if served at a temperature of 17-18 °C. Perfect withwith first courses, white and red meats and all types of cold cuts and cheeses.
