Rubinus Wine - 6 bottles

Rubinus by Tenute Smeralda is an IGT-Isola dei Nuraghi red wine. It is obtained from the vinification of various types of grapes, from Sardinian barbera to cannonau and other native grapes, macerated at a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation is in steel, and the aging in barriques. Rubinus, as the name suggests, is a ruby red wine with garnet nuances. Its distinctive smell reminds of cherry jam and berries with light scents of vanilla and almond. It has structure and a soft and persistent taste, perfect to be served at 18 °C. Rubinus is essential to flavor spicy red meat, game and seasoned cheeses.
