Based in the Samugheo area, the winery produces exclusively Mandrolisai DOC red and rosé wines, made from a blend of Cannonau, Bovale Sardo, and Monica grapes. The Soberana brand logo is also inspired by this trio of grapes. The Soberana winery embodies the concept of family, so dear to the Sardinian people and appreciated even beyond the island. Its exclusively family-run management has allowed the techniques of vine cultivation and winemaking to be passed down from father to son.
