Famiglia Demelas is a winery that was born in 2019 in Atzara, Mandrolisai, from an idea of Damiano and Lorenzo, with the aim of making Sardinia's native grapes contemporary. The property is located near the rows of vines, in a landscape rich in biodiversity and immersed in the silence of these hills, at an altitude of 500m. The winery has a strong focus on hospitality, offering different types of wine tourism experiences, from vineyard walks to tastings, cooking classes and tourist grape harvesting, and is part of the Movimento Turismo del Vino. Famiglia Demelas also links wine to art, in fact the labels are small paintings on bottles, designed by their muralist friend Patta Artist, who in November 2024 installed his first work in the winery, creating the beginning of an art journey.
